Secretariat, L.Dis.No.24/CDS/2012, Dt: 19.01.2012. *** O R D E R:- Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of Rs. 4,404/- (Rupees Four Thousand Four Hundred and Four Only) to Sri L. Premachandra Reddy, I.A.S., Secretary to Government, Finance (W&P) Department towards medical expenses to him at A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishat, Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad as recommended by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, Hyderabad. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para one above shall be debitable to the head of account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH – 090 – Secretariat – SH (20) – Finance (Works & Projects) Department – 017 – Medical reimbursement”. 3.
