Dt.09.02.2012 <> <> O R D E R The Hon’ble MLA Kothapeta constituency of East Godavari District has represented to Hon’ble Chief Minister for formation of roads, drains and Community Halls with a cost of Rs. 204.00 Lakhs in his constituency under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” . 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.204.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two hundred and four lakhs only) for formation of roads, drains and Community Halls in Kothapeta constituency of East Godavari District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. The details of Developmental works are annexed to this order. Contd.P.2.-2- 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: (Rs.in Lakhs) 5475 – MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) Special 204.00 Development fund for Welfare and Development activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. 5. The District Collector, East Godavari is hereby authorized to draw and credit to the P.D Account “8448- Deposits to local funds- MH 120 – Other funds – SH(22) – Deposits of Decentralized Planning” and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring expenditure towards taking up formation of roads, drains and Community Halls in Kothapeta constituency of East Godavari District. 6. The District Collector, East Godavari shall monitor the progress of works on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned works.
