INFRASTRUCTURE & INVESTMENT DEPARTMENT – Hiring of Vehicles – Payment of
hire charges of Rs. 18,000-00 to J.J.Transport & Travels, Hyderabad, for hiring of Tata
Indica Car bearing No. AP 29 TV 0170 for the Official use of the Department for the month
of January, 2012 (01-01-2012 to 31-01-2012) – Sanction – Orders – Issued.

Read the following:-
1.G.O.Ms.No. 2, I&I (OP-1) Department, dt.21-05-2005,
2.Bill No.1450 from J.J.Transport & Travels, dt.01-02-2012.
ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees eighteen
thousand only) to J.J.Trnsport & Travels, Hyderabad, towards hiring charges for the of Tata
Indica Car bearing No. AP 29 TV 0170 for the use of the Department and Deputy Secretary
to Government for the month of January, 2012, i.e. from 01-01-2012 to 31-01-2012.
2. The expenditure shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat Economic Services –
MH.090 – Secretariat – SH.(28) – Infrastructure and Investment Department – 130 - Office
Expenses – 134 – Hiring of Private Vehicles”.
3. The Infrastructure and Investment (OP-Claims) Department shall draw the
amount and issue a cheque for Rs.18,000/- (Rupees eighteen thousand only) in favour of
“J.J.Transport & Travels Bank A/c.No.60000824033, Bank of Maharashtra, Champapet
Branch, Hyderabad, for settlement of the bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the
rules and orders in force on the subject.
