From the Director, CESS Lr.dt:15.02.2012. ***** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above administrative sanction was accorded for Rs.42.30 lakhs and released an amount of Rs.36.47 lakhs so far vide references 1,2 & 3 read above to the Director for Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS), Hyderabad towards 1st, 2nd and 3rd installments for preparation of “SECOND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT REPORT IN ANDHRA PRADESH”. 2. In the reference 5th read above the Director CESS has submitted the final draft report and stated that the report will be discussed in a State level workshop at the Centre in March, 2012. The report will undergo the preprinting process like editing, formatting etc,. 3. After careful examination of the final draft report submitted by the Director, Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS), Hyderabad. Government have decided to release the balance amount of Rs.5.83 lakhs. Therefore, Government hereby accorded sanction and released an amount of Rs.5.83 lakhs (Rupees Five lakhs Eighty Three Thousand only) towards final installment to the Director, Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS), Hyderabad for having submitted the report on “SECOND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT REPORT IN ANDHRA PRADESH”. In persuasion of the BRO issued vide reference 4th read above, the amount of Rs. 5.83 Lakhs (Rupees Five lakhs Eighty Three Thousand only) released in para 3 above, shall be debited to the following heads of account under “Strengthening of Monitoring Review and Evaluation” scheme as follows:- Sl. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary authorization to Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad for the amount sanctioned above. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Dept as per the orders in force.
