Secretariat, Hyderabad – Sanctioned - Orders – Issued. PLANNING (PLG.XX) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 287 Dated:01-03-2012 Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.74, HM&FW (K.1) Department, Dt.15-03-2005. 2. From Sri D. Ananthaiah, Section Officer(Retired), Planning Department, Dt.09-01-2012. 3. Government Memo.No.242/Plg.XX/2012-1, Dt.25-01-2012. 4. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad, Letter Rc.No.221/CDS/12, Dt.31-01-2012. * * * ORDER: Sri D. Ananthaiah, Section Officer(Retired), Planning Department, in his application 2nd read above has stated that he has undergone CABG treatment at Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, during the period from 07-01-2012 to 6 Months, as outpatient. In that connection, he has incurred an expenditure of Rs.4,003/- for purchase of medicines requested for reimbursement of the same. He has also enclosed Essentiality Certificate, Appendix-II and Original Bills etc. 2) The original bills were scrutinized by the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P. Hyderabad and recommended Rs.4,003/- as net admissible amount vide his letter 4th read above. 3) In terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above and as recommended by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P. Hyderabad, an amount of Rs.4,003/- (Rupees four thousand and three only) is hereby sanctioned to Sri D. Ananthaiah, Section Officer(Retired), Planning Department towards reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred by him for his CABG treatment at Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, during the period from 07-01-2012 to 6 Months, as outpatient. 4) The amount sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2052- Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – SH (07) – Planning Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement”. 5) The Planning (XII) Department shall draw and credit the amount to SB A/c.
