expenditure of Rs.750-00 for the month of January, 2012 – Orders – Issued.

2) From M/s Raghavendra, Newspaper Service, Hyderabad

ORDER:
In terms of the orders issued in the reference first read above, sanction is
hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of Rs.750-00 (Rupees seven hundred and
fifty only) towards payment to M/s. Raghavendra Newspaper Service, Hyderabad
towards supply of daily newspapers at the Office of the Principal Secretary to
Government, Infrastructure and Investment Department for the month of January,
2012.
2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “3451 – Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – SH (28) –
Infrastructure and Investment Department – 130 – Office expenses – 132 – Other
Office Expenses”.
3. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Infrastructure and Investment
Department shall draw the cheque for Rs. 750/- (Rupees seven hundred and fifty
only) in favour of “M/S Raghavendra Newspaper Service, Hyderabad”
A/c.No.30041210000271,Syndicate Bank, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad, for the amount
sanctioned in para (1) above.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department
under rules and orders in force.
