Dt.09.02.2012. <> <> O R D E R The Hon’ble MLA Kakinada City constituency has represented to Hon’ble Chief Minister for taking up certain Developmental works with a cost of Rs. 200.00 Lakhs for taking up Developmental works in Kakinada constituency East Godavari under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” . 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.200.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two hundred lakhs only) for taking up Developmental works proposed in Kakinada City constituency of East Godavari District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. The details of Developmental works are annexed to this order. Contd. P2.-2- 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account (Rs.in lakhs.) 5475 – MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) General Special Development fund for Welfare and Development 140.00 activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. 5475 – M.H.789, Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes - G.H.11 Normal State Plan- S.H.(08) Special SCP 60.00 Development fund for Welfare and Development activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. The District Collector, East Godavari is hereby authorized to draw and credit to the P.D Account “8448- Deposits to local funds- MH 120 – Other funds – SH(22) – Deposits of Decentralized Planning” and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring expenditure towards taking up the developmental activities in Kakinada City constituency of East Godavari District. 6. The District Collector, East Godavari shall monitor the progress of works on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned works.
