Dt.09.02.2012 <> <> O R D E R The MLA Tekkali constituency has requested the Hon’ble CM to sanction of Rs.300.00 lakhs for formation of CC roads and RWS works in Tekkali constituency, Srikakulam District under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” . 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.300.00 Lakhs (Rupees Three hundred lakhs only) for taking up formation of CC roads and RWS works in Tekkali constituency, Srikakulam District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. The details of works are annexed to this order. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “5475–MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities-530 Major works–531 other expenditure”. The District Collector, Srikakulam is hereby authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring expenditure towards taking up CC roads and RWS works in Tekkali Constituency. 6. The District Collector, Srikakulam shall monitor the progress of work on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned works.
