No.SPL/D2/CPO/PADA/2011, Dated 23-01-2012, 9 G.O.Rt.No.672, Finance (Expr.GAD II) Dept., Dated 27-02-2012. ***** ORDER: Government vide reference 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th read above have accorded administrative sanction for developing 103 identified villages as Model villages in Pulivendula Constituency on pilot basis under Model Village Scheme. Provision of basic infrastructure in the model village scheme includes laying of C.C. internal roads, C.C. drains, construction of culverts, providing drinking water supply, electrification and street lighting, construction of buildings, compound walls to Government institutions, bus shelters, innovative Programmes for enhancement of productivity and marketing in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry and training for employment generation activities linked to jobs/skill Up-gradation etc. 2. An amount of Rs.200.00 lakhs was provided in the B.E.2011-12 under Pulivendula Area Development Agency Scheme. In the reference 8th read above, the Finance Department have issued B.R.O. for an amount of Rs.50.00 lakhs towards 3rd quarter budget from B.E.2011-12. 3. Government therefore, hereby accord sanction and release an amount of Rs.50.00 lakhs (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) as 3rd quarter amount for the year 2011-12 to the District Collector, YSR District for facilitating to implement the activities of integrated Development in the identified villages in YSR District in phased manner under Pulivendula Area Development Agency (PADA)Scheme. 4. In pursuance of the B.R.O. issued in the reference 8th read above, the amount sanctioned in para 3rd above shall be debited to the following head of accounts as the works are of community nature and it would benefit all sections of people: P.T.O.//2// (Rs. The District Treasury Officer, YSR District is requested to adjust the amount sanctioned in para (3) above to the P.D. Account directly under the Head of Account of “8448-Deposits to Local Funds-M.H.120-Other Funds-S.H. (22) Deposits of Decentralised Planning”. 6. The District Collector, YSR District is authorized to draw the amount and incur the expenditure under the Head of account mentioned in para (4) above strictly following the guidelines of the Government to implement the activities taken up under PADA duly following the existing procedure in vogue of the respective departments. 7. The accounts relating to the released funds shall have to be maintained separately by the executing agencies concerned and shall be audited by the State Audit Department. 8. The District Collector, YSR District shall obtain the Utilisation Certificates (U.Cs) from the Executing agencies concerned and ensure furnishing of the U.Cs. to the Planning Department soon after completion of the works. 9. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance department as per rules in force on the subject.
