Ganapathi Rao, Director (PAD), Planning Department, Note Dt. 28.02.2012. *** ORDER : Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) to Sri A V. Ganapathi Rao Director (PAD), Planning Department, for reimbursement towards purchase of News Papers at his residence from Sri Sai Baba News Paper Agent, Hanuman Nagar, Chaitanyapuri, Hyderabad for (6 months) from September, 2011 to February, 2012. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account “2052 - Secretariat General Services, M.H. –090 - Secretariat, S.H. - 07 - Planning Department, 130 - Office Expenses, 132 - Other Office Expenses”. 3. The Assistant Secretary to Government & drawing Officer, Planning Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to the concerned. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per orders on the subject.
