The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “3451 – Secretariat Economic Services – 090 – Secretariat - SH (28) – Infrastructure and Investment Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 131 – Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone charges”. 4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Infrastructure and Investment (OP- Claims) Department shall draw the amount through Bank A/c.No.62200382819, State Bank of Hyderabad, secretariat Branch, Hyderabad and paid to Reliance Communications Ltd, Hyderabad. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules in force.
