Dt.09.02.2012. <> <> O R D E R The MLA Jammalamadugu has requested the Hon’ble CM to sanction of Rs.200.00 lakhs for formation of CC road works in Jammalamadugu constituency, YSR District under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” . 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.200.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two hundred lakhs only) for taking up formation of CC road works in Jammalamadugu constituency, YSR District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. The details of works are annexed to this order. Contd P.2-2- 4. As developmental works are of community in nature and serves all sections of people the expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account.
