No. 458 Finance (EXPR.GAD.II) Dept, Government of A.P., Dt.09.02.2012. <> <> O R D E R The Hon’ble MLA of Dharmavaram Constituency have represented to Hon’ble Chief Minister for taking up B.T. road work in his constituency of Ananthapur District with a cost of Rs.200.00 lakhs under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” . 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.200.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two hundred lakhs only) for taking up road work in Dharmavaram Constituency of Ananthapur District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. The details of Developmental work is as follows: “Providing B.T. surface to the road from Ramapuram to M Agraharam Via patrapalli of length 4.50 km” P.T.O.- 2 - 4. As developmental work is of community in nature and serves all sections of people the expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account. (Rs.in lakhs.) 5475 – MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) General Special Development fund for Welfare and Development 136.00 activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. 5475 – M.H.789, Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes - G.H.11 Normal State Plan- S.H.(08) Special SCP 60.00 Development fund for Welfare and Development activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. “5475 –MH 796 TSP – GH 11 – Normal State Plan- SH-(08)- TSP Special Development fund for welfare and development 4.00 activities- 530- Major Works- 531 Other Expenditure”. The District Collector, Ananthapur is hereby authorized to draw and credit to the P.D Account “8448- Deposits to local funds- MH 120 – Other funds – SH (22) – Deposits of Decentralized Planning” and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring expenditure towards taking up the road works in Dharmavaram Constituency. 6. The District Collector, Ananthapur shall monitor the progress of work on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned works.
