Rc.No.EDS/882/Elec. Transactions/2009, of Director, EDS (RCS), eSeva, Dated 02.06.2011. 2. Tender called on 15.12.2008 for district eSeva centres other than Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy District. 3. G.O.Rt.No.205, Information Technology & Communications (e-Governance Wing) Department, dated 30.06.2009. *** ORDER The Director, EDS vide reference 1st read above informed that the agreements have been entered with the Technology Partners to provide integrated citizen services in the State. The DISCOMs in the State are presently paying only Rs. 2.00 per transaction to EDS, where as the agreements with Technology partners are of much higher amount. The Director, EDS indicated the need to enhance the service charge for collection of electricity bills. 2. Government after careful examination and in consultation with Energy and Finance Departments in superseding the orders issued vide G.O. 3rd reference cited, fixes the Transaction charges for collection of electricity bill payments through authorized centers (both rural and urban) of Electronically Deliverable Services (EDS) as below : Total Transaction charge Bill Range S.No. proposed Payable By (Rs.) The Director, EDS has also informed that the arbitration award has been received for the payment of arrears to the Contract Service Providers of eSeva from 01.04.2007 onwards. It is decided to process the same and finalize the modalities of payment.4. This order comes into effect immediately. (This has the approval of Finance Department vide their U.O.
