Establishment – Planning (OP.II) Department – Hiring of Private Four Vehicles – For the Use of
Officers in Planning Department – Orders – Issued.
PLANNING (OP.II) DEPARTMENT

Read the following:
1. Circular Memo No.1320/659/A2/W&M/2002, Finance (W&M) Department,
dated 11.12.2007.
2. From Ajay Tours and Travels letter dated 29.02.2012
3. From Sri Sai Travels, letter dated 29.02.2012.
4. G.O.Rt.No.297, dated 30.01.2012, Finance (BG III) Department.
O R D E R:
Sanction is accorded for hirinig the Four Vehicles as detailed below on monthly basis for a
period of one year at the rate of Rs.18000/- (Rupees eighteen thousand only) per month per Vehicle.
With effect from 01-03-2012.
1. Ajay Tours and Travels Owner of 3 Cars bearing Nos. AP09 TV 2750, AP 9 TV 1319
and AP 36 TV 0151
2. Sri Sai Travels bearing No. AP 9 TV 4211.
2. All the above cars are for the official use of officers and staff members working in Planning
Department and the owner of the Travel agency shall provide the vehicles on the following terms and
conditions :
1. Monthly hire charges upto 2,500 K.M. per month Rs.18000/- Per vehicle including Fuel
Cost repairs and Driver batta and Maintenance charges.
2. If the vehicle gives trouble, alternative arrangements have to be provided by owner.
3. The expenditure for the above four vehicles shall be debited to the Head of Account M.H. 2052 -
Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – S.H.07 – Planning Department - 130/134 Hiring of
Private Vehicles.
4. The Planning (Claims) Department are requested to prepare bills every month and credit to the
amount in favour of Travel Agency as mentioned at para (1) above.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per Orders in force.
