Suvratalakshmi, Joint Secretary to Government, Planning Department, Note. Dt.Nil. ---- ORDER : Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.350/- (Rupees Three hundred and fifty only) to Smt.M.Suvratalakshmi, Joint Secretary to Government, Planning Department for reimbursement towards purchase of the News Papers & Magazines at her residence from Sharanya, News Paper Agency, Saidabad, Hyderabad for the month of February 2012. 2. The expenditure sanctioned at para 1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “2052 - Secretariat General Services, M.H. -090 - Secretariat, S.H. - 07 - Planning Department, 130 - Office Expenses, 132 - Other Office Expenses”. 3. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer, Planning Department, shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to the concerned Officer. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders on the subject.
