The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: “ 2052 - Secretariat General Services. 090 - Secretariat. (07) - Planning Department. 160 - Publications” 3. The Asst. Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning Department shall draw a cheque in favour of M/s Raghavendra News Paper Service, Hyderabad and handed it over to them. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders on the subject.
