Finance & Planning (FW.Admn.I.TFR) Department.21.10.2000. 2.From M/s Raghavendra News Paper Service, Hyderabad, Bill No.1025, dt. 01.03.2012. *** ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.5,535/- (Rupees five thousand five hundred thirty five only) for payment to M/s Raghavendra News Paper Service, Hyderabad towards various Magazines supplied to the Technical Library of Planning Department for the months of January and February, 2012, as per the bill 2nd read above. 2. The expenditure sanctioned at para 1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: “2052 - Secretariat General Services, M.H. 090 - Secretariat, S.H. (07) - Planning Department, 160 - Publications” 3. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning Department shall draw a cheque in favor of M/s Raghavendra News Paper Service, Hyderabad and hand it over to them. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders on the subject.
