Developmental works – Sanctioning and releasing an amount of
Rs.50.00 Lakhs for taking up Side drain and CC Road works in Siddipet
Constituency, Medak District under the scheme “Special Development
Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 –

Read the following :-
1. CMO. Note No. 3221/CMP- MM/2011 Dt.12.9.2011 along with
representation of Hon’ble MLA, Siddipet Constituency.

O R D E R
The Hon’ble Minister MLA Siddipet has represented to Hon’ble
Chief Minister for taking up certain Developmental works in his
constituency Medak District under the scheme “Special Development
Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12
vide reference 1st read above.
2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget
Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd
and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for
implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund
for Welfare and Development Activities” .
3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction
and release Rs.50.00 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty lakhs only) for taking up Side
drain and CC Road works in Siddipet Constituency from the funds
available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and
Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. The details of works are
annexed to this order.

4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above shall be debited to the
Head of Account “5475–MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08)
Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities-530
Major works–531 other expenditure”.
5. The District Collector, Medak is hereby authorized to draw and
credit to the P.D Account “8448- Deposits to local funds- MH 120 –
Other funds – SH(22) – Deposits of Decentralized Planning” and
disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring
expenditure towards taking up Side drain and CC Road works in
Siddipet Constituency.
6. The District Collector, Medak, shall monitor the progress of work
on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after
completion of the sanctioned works.
