From the Honorary Secretary, A.P. Aviation Academy Hyderabad, Lr.APAA/9/2, Dt:02-01-2012. 2 G.O.Rt.No.340, Finance (Exp. PW) Dept., Dated.02-02-2012. *** ORDER:- In the letter 1st read above, Honorary Secretary, A.P. Aviation Academy Hyderabad has stated that during the period from April to September the flying activity in the Academy would be minimum due to adverse weather conditions such as rain and strong winds. Flying will be in full swing during October to March. For the period from April to September the Academy depends mostly on Government subsidy as there will be no other source of income to the A.P. Aviation Academy. He has further stated that several spare parts were ordered towards mandatory change and two engines are due for overhaul for which funds are required to make the aircrafts airworthy. The salaries of the employees have to be paid and for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering College several equipment and spare parts have to be purchased along with the used engine to be kept in the labs for practical use and requires lot of funds. He has therefore requested the Government to release 4th installment amount of Rs.6,79,000/- out of the budget provision of Rs.27.10 lakhs in B.E. 2011-12. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal of the A.P. Aviation Academy and based on the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.6,79,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs and Seventy nine thousand only) towards assistance to A.P. Aviation Academy, Hyderabad for the 4th quarter from out of the total budget provision of Rs.27.10 Lakhs allotted during current financial year 2011-12. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in par a -2 above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH 3053-Civil Aviation – 80-General - MH- 003 -Training & Education - SH(04)- Assistance to A.P. Aviation Academy - 310-Grants-in-Aid - 312-Other Grants-in Aid”. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Infrastructure & Investment Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para-2 above, as per procedure indicated in the G.O. 2nd read above, by way of crossed cheque in favour of the A.P.
