The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development”. 3. The Government, after careful examination hereby accord administrative sanction and release Rs.100.00 lakhs (Rupees one hundred lakhs only) towards construction of Government Junior college building noted at para 1 above from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development activities – for the year 2011-12. P.T.O.- 2 - 4. The construction of Junior College building is of community in nature and serves all sections of the people. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account as follows: (Rs.in lakhs) General 5475 – MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) Special 50.00 Development fund for Welfare and Development activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. SCP 5475 – M.H.789, Special Component Plan for Scheduled 29.54 Castes - G.H.11 Normal State Plan- S.H.(08) Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. TSP 5475 - M.H.796, Tribal Areas Sub-Plan - G.H.11 Normal State 20.46 Plan- SH (08) Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. Total 100.00 5. The District Collector, Srikakulam is hereby authorized to draw and credit to the P.D Account “8448- Deposits to local funds- MH 120 – Other funds – SH(22) – Deposits of Decentralized Planning” and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring expenditure towards taking up the construction of Junior College building at G.Sigadam of Etcherla. 6. The District Collector, Srikakulam shall monitor the progress of work on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned one New Government Junior collage.
