No. 458 Finance (EXPR.GAD.II) Dept, Government of A.P., Dt.09.02.2012. <> <> O R D E R The villagers of Pedatumumidi (V) has requested the Hon’ble CM to sanction Rs.16.45 lakhs for construction of Compound wall and Repairs to ZPH School at Pedatumumidi (V), Bantumilli (M), Krishna District under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” .. 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.16.45 lakhs (Rs. Sixteen lakhs and forty five thousand only) for construction of Compound wall (Rs.14.25 Lakhs) and Repairs to ZPH School (Rs.2.20 lakhs) at Pedatumumidi (V), Bantumilli (M), Krishna District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “5475–MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities-530 Major works–531 other expenditure”. Contd.P.2-2- 5. The District Collector, Krishna is hereby authorized to draw and credit to the P.D Account “8448- Deposits to local funds- MH 120 – Other funds – SH (22) – Deposits of Decentralized Planning” and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for construction of Compound wall (Rs.14.25 Lakhs) and Repairs to ZPH School (Rs.2.20 lakhs) at Pedatumumidi (V), Bantumilli (M), Krishna District. 6. The District Collector, Krishna shall monitor the progress of work on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned works.
