Developmental works – Sanctioning and releasing an amount of
Rs. 35.00 Lakhs for taking up developmental works in Rajampeta
constituency of YSR District under the scheme “Special Development
Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 –

Read the following:-
1. CMO.Note No.593/CMP-MM/2012 Dt.22.2.2012 along with
representation of MLA, Rajampet of YSR District.

O R D E R
The Hon’ble MLA Rajampet Constituency have represented to
Hon’ble Chief Minister for sanctioning funds for taking up Road works in
Rajampet of YSR District under the scheme “Special Development Fund
for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide
reference 1st read above.
2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget
Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd
and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for
implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund
for Welfare and Development Activities” .
3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction
and release Rs.35.00 Lakhs (Rupees Thirty five lakhs only) for taking
up road works in Rajam pet Constituency of YSR District from the
funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for
Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. The details
of Developmental works are annexed to this order.

4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the
Head of Account “5475 – MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08)
Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities - 530
Major works – 531 other expenditure”.
5. The District Collector, YSR is hereby authorized to draw and
credit to the P.D Account “8448- Deposits to local funds- MH 120 –
Other funds – SH(22) – Deposits of Decentralized Planning” and
disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring
expenditure towards taking up the developmental works in Rajampet of
YSR District.
6. The District Collector, YSR shall monitor the progress of works on
a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion
of the sanctioned works.
