Dt.09.02.2012. <> <> O R D E R The Hon’ble MLA of Vijayawada West Constituency has represented to Hon’ble Chief Minister for sanctioning funds for taking up deveworks in Vijayawada Municipal Corporation of Krishna District under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” . 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.200.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two hundred lakhs only) for taking up developmental works in Vijayawada Municipal Corporation of Krishna District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. The details of Developmental works are annexed to this order. Contd.P.2.- 2 - 4. As developmental works are of community in nature and serves all sections of people the expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account : (Rs.in lakhs.) 5475 – MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) Special General Development fund for Welfare and Development activities - 136.00 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. 5475 – M.H.789, Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes - G.H.11 Normal State Plan- S.H.(08) Special SCP 64.00 Development fund for Welfare and Development activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. The District Collector, Krishna is hereby authorized to draw and credit to the P.D Account “8448- Deposits to local funds- MH 120 – Other funds – SH(22) – Deposits of Decentralized Planning” and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring expenditure towards taking up the developmental works in Vijayawada West constituency of Krishna District. 6. The District Collector, Krishna shall monitor the progress of works on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned works.
