G.O.Rt.No.34 Minorities (Wakf-III) Dept., Dated:13.02.2012. <> <> O R D E R The Minorities (W-III) Department vide reference 4th read above have issued revised administrative sanction for Rs.64.65 lakhs and requested for release of the balance amount of Rs.44.65 lakhs as Rs.20.00 lakhs already released by them for Urdu-Ghar-cum- Shadikhana at Tirupati Town of Chittoor District to Municipal Commissioner Tirupathi under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” and the amendment issued vide reference 4th read above. 3. Government after careful examination hereby release the balance amount of Rs.44.65 lakhs (Rupees Forty four lakhs sixty five thousand only) for Urdu-Ghar-cum-Shadikhana at Tirupati Town of Chittoor District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. Contd.P.2.- 2 - 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “5475–MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities-530 Major works–531 other expenditure”. 5. The District Collector, Chittoor is hereby authorized to draw and credit to the P.D Account “8448- Deposits to local funds- MH 120 – Other funds – SH (22) – Deposits of Decentralized Planning” and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring expenditure towards for Urdu-Ghar-cum-Shadikhana at Tirupati Town of Chittoor District. 6. The District Collector, Chittoor shall monitor the progress of work on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned works.
