O R D E R :
The Manager (Loans), M/s REC Limited, New Delhi in the letter 7th read above
has informed that, as per the terms of sanction, the Tentative Quarterly Interest is
due on 20.03.2012 to the tune of Rs.50,57,808/- on the loans Disbursed to Govt. of
Andhra Pradesh for Electrification of villages, hamlets, Dalit Basthies (Interest Free
Schemes) and requested to remit the amount to their account on or before the due
date i.e., 20th March, 2012.
2. Accordingly, BRO was issued by the Finance (DCM-I) Department for an
amount of Rs.264.25 lakhs in the G.O. 8th read above.
3. In terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 8th read above, Government hereby
accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.50,57,808/- (Rupees Fifty
lakhs Fifty seven thousand Eight hundred and eight only) towards Tentative
Quarterly Interest on the loans Disbursed to Govt. of Andhra Pradesh for
Electrification of villages, Hamlets, Dalit Basthies (Interest Free Schemes) payable to
M/s Rural Electrification Corporation Limited, due on 20th March, 2012.
4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to the head of
account " 2049.Interest payments - 01.Interest on Internal Debt - MH.200 Interest
on other Internal Debts – SH (31) Interest payable on the loans from Rural
Electrification for Villages, Hamlets, Dalit Bastis - 450.Interest (charged)” in
relaxation of Treasury Control Orders and quarterly regulation orders
pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grant during the
financial year 2011-12.
5. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Energy Department shall draw and
disburse the amount through a cheque obtained in favour of the FA & CCA (R&A),
APTRANSCO, Vidyut Soudha, Hyderabad, who in turn will remit the amount by a
cross DD drawn on any bank and payable at New Delhi in favour of "Rural
Electrification Corporation Limited", due on 20th March, 2012.
6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (DCM-I) Department, Vide
their U.O.No.5329/57/A1/DCM.I/12, Dt.28-02-2012.
