In that connection, she has incurred an expenditure of Rs.16,000/- for purchase of medicines and requested for reimbursement of the same. She has also enclosed Essentiality Certificate , Discharge summary, Emergency Certificate and Original Bills etc. 2) The original bills were scrutinized by the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P. Hyderabad and recommended Rs.14,000/- as net admissible amount vide his letter4th read above. 3) In terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above and as recommended by the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P. Hyderabad, an amount of Rs.14,000/- (Rupees Fourteen thousand only) is hereby sanctioned to Smt. G.
