Ramalingeswara Rao, Deputy Secretary to Government (Retired), Planning Dept., Dt: 09-01-2012. 3. Government Memo.No.253/Plg.XX/2012-1, Dt.10-01-2012. 4. From the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P. Hyderabad, Letter Rc.No.116/CDS/12, Dt.28-02-2012. * * * ORDER:- Sri N. Ramalingeswara Rao, Deputy Secretary to Government (Retired), Planning Department in his application 2nd read above, has stated that he has undergone Urinary Retention due to Prostatomegaly treatment at Mediciti Hospital, Secretariat Road, A.P., Hyderabad, during the period from 01-10-2011 to 05-10-2011. In that connection, he has incurred an expenditure of Rs.30,419/- for purchase of medicines and treatment and requested for reimbursement of the same. He has also enclosed Essentiality Certificate, Discharge Summary, Emergency Certificate and Appendix-II of Original Bills etc. 2) The original bills were scrutinized by the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, Secretariat, A.P. Hyderabad and recommended Rs.26,318/- as admissible amount vide his letter 4th read above. 3) In terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above and as recommended by the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P. Hyderabad, an amount of Rs.26,318/- (Rupees Twenty Six thousand three hundred and eighteen only) is hereby sanctioned to Sri N. Ramalingeswara Rao, Deputy Secretary to Government (Retired), Planning Department towards reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred by him for his Urinary Retention due to Prostatomegaly treatment at Mediciti Hospital, Secretariat Road, A.P., Hyderabad, during the period from 01-10-2011 to 05-10-2011 as inpatient. 4) The amount sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2052- Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – SH (07) – Planning Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement”. 5) The Planning (XII) Department shall draw and credit the amount to SB A/c.No.012210011035115, AndhraBank, Dilsukhnagar Branch Hyderabad of the individual.
