M/s RR Tours & Travels, Hyderabad, Bill No. 982, Dt: 02.02.2012. *** O R D E R:- Government have entered into an agreement for a period of one year i.e. from 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2012 with M/s RR Tours & Travels, H.No.LIG-18, HUDA Colony, Saroornagar, Kothapet, Hyderabad for the Vehicle obtained for the use of in the Deputy Financial Advisor & Ex-Officio Deputy Secretary to Government on hire basis. 2. Sanction is here by accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only) to M/s RR Tours & Travels, Hyderabad, towards Diesel Car (Car No.AP09 TVA 0767) hire charges for the month of January’ 2012 for the vehicle obtained for use in the O/o The Deputy Financial Advisor and Ex-Officio Deputy Secretary to Govt., – on hire basis. The vehicle hired is as per the norms prescribed. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para one above shall be debitable to the head of account “M.H. – 2052 Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat- SH (20) Finance (W&P) Department – 130– Office Expenses – 134 – Hiring of Vehicle charges”. 4. The Finance (W&P-Claims) Department shall deduct the income tax TDS @2.25% from gross amount and shall draw and pay the amount sanctioned in Para (1) above to the bank Account No. 085810100002306 of Sri P.
