No. 458 Finance (EXPR.GAD.II) Dept, Government of A.P., Dt.09.02.2012. <> <> O R D E R The Hon’ble MLA Kurupam has represented to Hon’ble Chief Minister for taking up for Completion of building work of 30 bedded hospital in Chinamerangi (V) Jiyyamvalasa (M) with a cost of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs in Vizianagaram District under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” . 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.10.00 Lakhs (Rupees Ten lakhs only) for Completion of building work of 30 bedded hospital in Chinamerangi (V ) Jiyyamvalasa (M) Vizianagaram District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “5475–MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities-530 Major works– 531 other expenditure”. -Contd-P.2-2- 5. The District Collector, Vizianagaram is hereby authorized to draw and credit to the P.D Account “8448- Deposits to local funds- MH 120 – Other funds – SH(22) – Deposits of Decentralized Planning” and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring expenditure towards for Completion of building work of 30 bedded hospital in Chinamerangi (V) Jiyyamvalasa (M) in Vizianagaram District. 6. The District Collector, Vizianagaram shall monitor the progress of works on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned work.
