G.O.Rt.No.101 Planning(XVIII) Dept., dt.21-1-2012. -o0o- ORDER: Rachabanda programme was held during January 2011 and November 2011 in the State. Rachabanda Programme was held covering all the Gram Panchayats/Wards in the State. A large number of applications received during the programme and Hon’ble C.M. has made a number of assurances/announcements during the programme and the redressal status was monitored periodically by the Hon’ble CM and Group of Ministers. Further, video conferences were also conducted by Hon’ble C.M. with District Collectors and concerned Secretaries to review action taken on applications received during Rachabanda 2011. During 20th January 2012 to 6th March 2012, certain officers and staff members have worked till late midnight for processing of large no.of files received from various Departments and Preparation of Rachabanda Go’s under “Special Development Programme “. 2. An amount of Rs.42,302/- has been incurred for meeting the contingent expenditure for the purpose. An amount of Rs.42,302/- advanced by Smt. Grace Saroja Deputy Director, Planning Department. 3. Government after careful examination hereby sanction and release an amount of Rs.42,302/- (Rs. Forty two thousand three hundred and two only) for the said purpose. -Contd-P.2-2- 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para-3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451 – SES – MH (102) – GH 11-NSP-SH(37) Rachabanda (Planning Dept) 130/132 - OOE. 5. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Planning (XII) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned in para (2) above and make payment of Rs.42,302/- (Rupees Forty two thousand three hundred and two only) to Smt. Grace Saroja, Dy. Director, Planning Department through a cheque. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force or orders on the subject.
