2. Govt. Lr No. 399/I&I/OP-1/2011, I&I (OP.I) dt.23-1-2012.
3. From The General Superintendent, P.W. Workshops & Stores, HYd
Lr.No.GS/PWDWSS/DEE-III/2011-12/269 Dated 23-01-2012.
4. M/s. SUNDARAM HONDA, Secunderabad, Invoice No. 1113508, dt. 24-1-2012.
ORDER: .
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.8540/- (Rupees Eight
thousand Five hundred and forty only) to M/s. SUNDARAM HONDA,
Secunderabad towards expenditure incurred for carrying out the repairs viz.
Front Bumper and renewing and painting bumper to the vehicle bearing No. AP
15 AC1, being used by the Principal Secretary to Government, Infrastructure &
Investment Department. The above said reports who carries out offer obtains a
No objection Certificate from the PW workshop vide reference 3d cited.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to “3451 –
Secretariat Economic Services – MH 090 – Secretariat – SH (20) – I&I
Department – 510 Motor Vehicle maintenance”
3. The Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Infrastructure & Investment (OP claims)
Department shall draw the amount and issue an A/c payee crossed cheque in
favour of M/s. SUNDARAM HONDA, Secunderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance as per rules in force.
