G.O.Rt.No.145, Planning (OP.II) Dept., dated 03.03.2011. 2. Note received from Planning (IOC) Dept., dated 29.02.2012. Xxx O R D E R: In the G.O. 1st read above sanction was accorded for an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousands only) towards loading of Service Stamps in the Franking Machine for the use dispatch work of Planning Department and there is a balance of about Rs.17,000/- is available in the said Franking Machine. Now the said Machine is not working and it is proposed purchase a New Machine. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Planning (IOC) Department has requested for purchase of Service Postal stamps worth Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousands only) for the use of dispatch work of Planning Department. 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) for purchase of Service Postal Stamps for the use of dispatch work of Planning Department till a new franking Machine is purchased. 4. The amount sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – M.H.(090)Secretariat - S.H.(07)Planning Department -130 Office Expenses – 131 – Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges” 5. The Assistant Secretary to Government and DDO of Planning Department is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para (3) above through a Cheque in favour of Sub-Post Master, Secretariat, Hyderabad.. 6.
