Power Finance Corporation Limited in the letter 5th read above, has requested the Government to arrange the funds of Rs.16,21,89,613/- (Rs.3,68,37,589/- towards interest on application money and Rs.12,53,52,024/- towards regular interest payable on 01-04-2012) to AP Power Finance Corporation Ltd. for onward transfer to the “No Lien account” maintained with State Bank of Hyderabad, Gunfoundry on the A.P. Power Bonds (Series I/2011, II Trance) on the due date. 2. Accordingly, a BRO was issued by the Finance (PF.I) Department for Rs.66.56 crores vide G.O. 6th read above. 3. In terms of Budget Release Order issued in G.O. 6th read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.16,21,89,613/- (Rs.3,68,37,589/- towards interest on application money and Rs.12,53,52,024/- towards regular interest payable on 01-04-2012) (Rupees sixteen crores twenty one lakhs eighty nine thousand six hundred and thirteen only) to AP Power Finance Corporation Limited for onward transfer to the “No Lien account” maintained with State Bank of Hyderabad, Gunfoundry on the A.P.
