ORDER:
In the reference 6th read above the Finance (Expr.GAD-II) Dept.
issued BRO for Rs.169.00 Lakhs towards 3rd quarter under MH-800
to the IT&C Dept, which includes Rs.75.00 Lakhs towards
implementation of e-Seva schemes indicating Dy. Director (Finance)
& DDO, O/o Commissioner, EDS (e-Seva) as Drawing officer.
In the reference 5th cited the Director, EDS (e-Seva) requested
to release 3rd Quarter Budget of Rs.75.00 Lakhs to incur the
expenditure during the financial year 2011-12 under Plan Scheme.
(p.t.o.)After careful consideration of request of the Director, EDS
(e-Seva),Administrative sanction order is hereby accorded to the
Director, EDS (e-Seva) to draw and utilize the amount of Rs.75.00
Lakhs (Rupees Seventy Five Lakhs only) towards 3rd quarter under
PLAN scheme of e-Seva for the purpose for which it was released.
