In the reference read above the Director, Directorate of Economics and
Statistics, Hyderabad while submitting the leave application of Smt.V.Prathima, Joint
Director, Office of the Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Hyderabad has
requested to sanction Earned Leave for 6 days from 30.01.2012 to 04.02.2012 on
personal grounds by the officer.
2. Government is here by sanctioned Earned Leave for 6 days i.e., from
30.01.2012 to 04.02.2012 on personal grounds to Smt.V.Prathima, Joint Director, Office
of the Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Hyderabad.
3. The officer would have continued to officiate in the post of Joint Director, O/o
the Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Hyderabad during the above leave
period but for her going on leave. The period of leave will count for increment under FR
26(b) (ii) . The officer is having a balance of 147 days of Earned Leave at her credit as on
date after sanction of the above leave.
