ORDER:
In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above and
in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction is
hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.9,873/- (Rupees Nine
thousand eight hundred and seventy three only) to Sri Chandan Mitra,
I.F.S., (Addl.PCCF), Vice Chairman & Managing Director, NEDCAP,
Hyderabad towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred by him for
his treatment for “Post transplant” at Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad and
medicines purchased during the period from 28.12.2011 to 13.02.2012 as
found admissible by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil
Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad.
2. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, NEDCAP, Hyderabad is
requested to take necessary action accordingly.
