G.O.Rt.No.14, I&I (IID-1) Dept, dt.18-01-2008 4.G.O.Rt.No.128, I&I (IID-1) Dept, dt.13-05-2009 5.G.O.Rt.No.48, I&I (IID-1) Dept, Dt.08-03-2010, 6.G.O.Rt.No.24,I&I (OP-1) dept,03-02-2011. >>>><<<< ORDER: In the G.O. second read above, in partial modification of the orders issued in the G.O. first read above, the following staffing pattern to Infrastructure & Investment Department has been sanctioned. 1. Principal Secretary to Govt. -1 2. Addl.Secy/Joint Secretary /Dy Secretary -1 3. Assistant Secretary to Govt. - 2 4. P.S.to Prl.Secretary to Govt. -1 5. Special Category/Senior Stenographers -3 6. Section Officers -2 7. Assistant Section Offficers -2 8. Record Assistant -1 9. Attenders -2 2. It has also been further ordered that the Department shall outsource the services like Project Manager/ Project Associates, Project teams and Data Entry Operaters and office subordinates (Attenders) following due procedure. 3. In the G.O. third read above, Government accorded sanction for engaging (2) Data Entry Operators and (4) Attenders on outsourcing basis initially for a period of one year w.e.f. 18-01- 2008 with a remuneration of Rs.5,500/- and Rs.3,900/- per month respectively in terms of the orders in force. In the G.Os fifth & Sixth read above, Government accorded sanction for further continuance of the above posts for one more year from 18-01-2010 to 17-01-2011 and from 18-01- 2011 to 17-01-2012 resply. 4. As it is felt necessary that , further continuation of the above posts beyond 17-01-2012 is essential for the smooth working of the Department., the Government, hereby accord sanction for further continuance of (2) Data Entry Operators and (4) Attenders posts for one more year from 18-01-2012 to 17-01-2013 duly followers the outsourcing guidelines scrupulously. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC) Department vide their U.O.No.2038/71/A1/SMPC/10, dated 15-02-2010.
