The amount sanctioned in para one above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretariat – SH (07) Planning Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses.” 3. The stock is received in good condition and necessary entries have been made in the stock register of this department. 4. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer of Planning Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyd is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para one above in favour of M/s Avinav Agrotech (Pvt.) Limitetd, Account No.4737002100000406, Punjab National Bank, Balanagar branch (MICR Code 500024027, IFSC Code. 0473700), Hyderabad. 5.
