G.O. Rt. No.11 Finance (B.G.III) Department, dated 02-01-2012. 3. G.O. Rt. No.299 Planning (XIX) Dept., dated 03-02-2012. 4. Govt. Memo No.8232/Plg.XIX/2011, dated 06-03-2012. 5. Govt. U.O. No.8232/Plg.XIX/12, dated 12-03-2012. 6. G.O. Rt. No.961 Fin. (Expr.GAD.II) Dept., dated 17-3-2012. -00- ORDER: The Special Officer, Piler Area Development Authority, Kalikiri in his letter 1st cited among other things has requested that no amount was allocated to the Sub- Head 300-Other Contractual Services for making payment of remuneration to the outsourcing staff. 2. In G.O., 2nd read above, Government have issued orders for reappropriation of an amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs under the sub-head 300-Other Contractual Services for the entire B.E. 2011-12 by decreasing the same from the allocation under sub-head 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses. In the reference 3rd read above, orders have been issued accorded administrative sanction for the same. 3. In the reference 4th read above, when the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad has been requested for issue of Budget authorization in favour of the District Collector, Chittoor District, the officials of the D.T.A., have informed that the Finance (Expr.GAD.II) Department BRO is required to issue Budget authorization in the matter. 4. Accordingly, the Finance (Expr. GAD.II) Department vide reference 6th read above have issued BRO for an amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs for the payment of salaries to the outsourcing staff. 5. Accordingly administrative sanction is hereby accorded to the Special Officer, Piler Area Development Authority, Kalikiri, Chittoor District for re-appropriating an amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs (Rupees two lakhs only) under Head of Account of 3451 Secretariat Economic Services – M.H.092 Other Offices – G.H.11 Normal State Plan – S.H. (25) Area Development Authority, Piler – 300 Other Contractual Services in supercession of the orders issued in the G.O., 3rd read above. 6.
