In the letter 1st read above, Chief Executive Officer, Institute for Electronic Governance (IEG) had informed that, the JKC program is being conducted in 615 (423 Engineering & MCA Colleges, & 179 Degree Colleges) across the state. As on the date 60,336 (Engg/MCA & Degree) Students are undergoing training for 2011-12 and requested to sanction and release the 3rd quarter budget intended to the JKC Programme for the year 2011-12 to meet the expenditure for JKC Program. 2. In the GO 2nd read above, Government in Finance Department has issued Budget Release Order (BRO) towards 3rd quarter from the B.E. 2011-12 under Plan Scheme, towards Jawahar Knowledge Centers (JKC) Program. 3. Government after due consideration, hereby sanction and release an amount of Rs.250.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two hundred and fifty lakhs only) to the Institute for Electronic Governance (IEG) towards Jawahar Knowledge Centers (JKC) Program. 4. The amount sanctioned in para (3) shall be debited to the following Head of Accounts. The CEO, IEG shall submit advance stamped receipt for Rs.250.00 Lakhs (Rupees Two hundred and fifty lakhs only) in triplicate to IT&C Department. Contd…P.2..:: 2 :: 7. The CEO, IEG shall also submit Utilization Certificate for the amount sanctioned in para (3) above to the IT&C department along with the detailed report. 8.
