Ramaiah, Ex-MP have requested the Hon’ble CM to sanction of Rs.196.20 lakhs for formation of CC roads works in Koduru constituency, YSR District under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” for the year 2011-12 vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities” . 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.196 Lakhs (Rupees One hundred and ninety six lakhs only) for taking up formation of CC roads works in Koduru constituency, YSR District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. The details of works are annexed to this order. Contd.P.2.- 2 - 4. As the developmental works are of community in nature and serves all sections of people the expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account: 5475 – MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) Special Development fund for Welfare and General 119.00 Development activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. 5475 – M.H.789, Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes - G.H.11 Normal State Plan- SCP S.H.(08) Special Development fund for Welfare and 77.00 Development activities - 530 Major works – 531 other expenditure. The District Collector, YSR District is hereby authorized to draw and credit to the P.D Account “8448- Deposits to local funds- MH 120 – Other funds – SH(22) – Deposits of Decentralized Planning” and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above for incurring expenditure towards taking up CC roads works in Koduru Constituency. 6. The District Collector, YSR District shall monitor the progress of work on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned works.
