No. 458 Finance (EXPR.GAD.II) Dept, Government of A.P., Dt.09.02.2012. <> <> O R D E R The Hon’ble MLA Bapatla Constituency Guntur District, have represented to Hon’ble CM for sanction of developmental works for an amount of Rs.190 lakhs in Bapatla Constituency and Rs 50.00 lakhs for certain works in Pavuluru Village Grama Panchayat Prakasam (Native Place of Hon’ble MLA) from the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development activities. 2. Govt. vide GO 2nd read above have sanctioned and released Rs.102 lakhs for taking up developmental works under Panchacyat Raj (PR) Department and for an amount of Rs 32.00 lakhs for certain works in Pavuluru Village Grama Panchayat Prakasam and 70.00 lakhs in Bapatla Constituency from the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development activities. 3. Govt. vide GO 3rd read above have sanctioned and released Rs.118 lakhs (Rs.70.00 lakhs and Rs.48.00 lakhs) for taking up RWS works, and R&B bridge in Bapatla Constituency of Guntur District. Contd.P.2- 2 - 4. The Spl. Officer and Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Water Supply addressed to Panchayat Raj (Rural Water Supply) Department have furnished estimates for an amount of Rs.18.00 lakhs for the Rural water Schemes in Pavuluru village Gram Panchayat, Parchur constituency of Prakasam District vide reference 4th read above. 5. The Finance (Expr. GAD II) Department have issued Budget Release Orders (BRO) for an amount of Rs.400.00 crores in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read above from the Budget Estimates of 2011-12 for implementation of the state plan scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development”. 6. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction and release Rs.18.00 Lakhs (Rupees Eighteen lakhs only) for taking up RWS in Pavuluru village Gram Panchayat, Parchur constituency of Prakasam District from the funds available under the scheme “Special Development Fund for Welfare and Development Activities – for the year 2011-12. 7. The expenditure sanctioned in para 6 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “ 5475–MH 800 GH.11 Normal State Plan- SH (08) Special Development fund for Welfare and Development activities-530 Major works–531 other expenditure”. 8. The District Collector Prakasam is hereby authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 6 above for incurring expenditure towards taking up Rural Water Supply works. 9. The District Collector, Prakasam shall monitor the progress of work on a regular basis and shall furnish utilization certificate after completion of the sanctioned work.
