No.383, Planning (VI) Department, dt.12.05.2010. 5. G.O. Rt No. 3545, Finance (EXPR. GAD.II) Department, Dt. 18.04.2010. 6. G.O.Rt.No.847, Planning (VI) Department, dt.28.09.2011. 7. Letter dt.4.11.2011 of Sri D.Srinivas, MLC, Nizamabad received in the Department on 1.3.2012. **** ORDER: In pursuance of the guidelines issued in the reference 1st read above, the Government have empowered the Hon’ble MLAs and MLCs with a choice to suggest various developmental works to the tune of Rs.1.00 Crore in each constituency under the Plan scheme of ‘Constituency Development Programme (CDP)’. 2. An amount of Rs.192.50 crores has been sanctioned and released towards 1st and 2nd quarters from out of the total budget provision of Rs.385.00 crores during the financial year 2011-12 under the Constituency Development Programme scheme to take up developmental works in their Constituencies in the reference 4th read above as per the status of MLAs/MLCs existing in May’2011. Bye-elections for the places of certain Members of Legislative Council were conducted during the month of May, 2011. 3. Consequently Sri D. Srinivas has been elected newly as MLC on 27.10.2011 in the place of Sri. K. Rosaiah, Ex-MLC, Prakasham district. Earlier two quarters of the budget (Rs.50.00 lakhs) for year 2011-12 has already been released to Prakasham district towards the quota of the funds of Sri. K. Rosaiah, Ex-MLC. 4. After careful examination of the proposal of the Sri D. Srinivas, MLC, Nizamabad in the reference 7th read above, it is hereby accorded sanction for an amount of Rs. 25.00 lakhs (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) from the released 3rd and 4th quarters of the funds provided for the financial year 2011-12 to Nizamabad district towards the quota of funds of Sri. D. Srinivas MLC, who opted Nizamabad as Nodal District for taking up developmental works in his Constituency.5. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to ‘5475-MH-800-GH-11- NSP-SH(05)-CDP-530/531 - Other Expenditure, ‘5475-MH-789-Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes-G.H.11-Normal State Plan (NSP)-SH(05)-CDP-530/531- Other Expenditure, and ‘5475-MH-796-Tribal Areas sub Plan-G.H.11 Normal State Plan (NSP)-SH(05) CDP-530/531-Other Expenditure. 6. The amount now released for Nizamabad district shall be credited to P.D. Account directly under HOA “8448-Deposits to Local Funds – MH-120-Other Funds-SH (22) Deposits of the Decentralized Planning”. The District Treasury Officers/PAO(in respect of Hyderabad District) is requested to adjust the amount to the credit of the above Head of Account. 7. The amount released is non-lapsable in nature. 8. The Chief Planning Officer, Nizamabad district is authorized to operate the above PD account and he shall follow the accounting procedure ordered in the Govt. Memo. 1st read above and shall be responsible for any deviation. While according the administrative sanction, the District Collector, Nizamabad is requested to obtain the option of the Hon’ble MLC for funds operation and the same may be intimated to Planning Department. 9. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department in view of the Budget Release Order issued by Finance Department vide reference 5th read above.
