In the reference 6th read above, the Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, A.P., Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord permission for utilising the funds of Rs. 30.28 lakhs (Rupees Thirty Lakhs and Twenty Eight thousand only) as 3rd installment towards 100% Centrally Sponsored 100% Centrally Sponsored Scheme of “Conduct of Crop Estimation Surveys on Fruit, Vegetables and other Minor Crops” for the financial year 2011-12. 3. In the reference 7th read above, the Finance Department has issued Budget Release Order vide G.O.Rt.No. 1110, Finance (Expr. GAD. II) Department, dated 24.03.2012 for an amount of Rs. 26.30 lakhs (Rupees Twenty Six Lakhs and Thirty thousand only) towards 100% Centrally Sponsored Scheme of “Conduct of Crop Estimation Surveys on Fruit, Vegetables and other Minor Crops” as 3rd installment, as released by the Government of India for the financial year 2011-12 to the Director of Economics and Statistics, A.P., Hyderabad. 4. The Government after careful consideration of the above proposal hereby accord administrative sanction for utilizing the funds Rs. 26.30 lakhs (Rupees Twenty Six Lakhs and Thirty thousand only) as 3rd installment to the Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Hyderabad for implementation of 100% Centrally Sponsored Scheme of “Conduct of Crop Estimation Surveys on Fruit, Vegetables and other Minor Crops” for the financial year 2011-12 as detailed below:- S.H. The Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, A.P., Hyderabad shall draw the sanctioned amount on Detailed Voucher Bill and utilize during the financial year 2011-12 as detailed in Para-4 above. He is also requested to furnish the up to date utilization and Audit certificates after settlement of accounts direct to Government of India under intimation to this Department. 6.
