From District Collector, RC No.95/Dy.SO/-1/RPB/08-09, dt.19.3.2012 * * * O R D E R: Government have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.500.00 lakhs and released an amount of Rs.360.43 lakhs to take up certain developmental works in Krishna district under Rajiv Palle Bata vide references 1st to 3rd read above. The Collector, Krishna vide his letter 7th read above has informed that an amount of Rs.189.44 lakhs were lapsed as on 31.03.2011 out of which Rs.184.52 lakhs pertains to G.O. 2nd read above and the balance amount of Rs.4.92 lakhs belongs G.O. 1st read above and requested to release Rs.181.25 lakhs for the completion of works. 2. After reviewing the progress of works in Krishna District, Government, after careful examination, hereby accord sanction and release an amount of Rs.146.15 lakhs (Rupees One hundred fourty six lakhs and Fifteen thousand only) to the District Collector, Krishna to complete, works sanctioned under Rajiv Palle Bata. 3. In pursuance of the BRO issued in the reference 6th read above, the amount of Rs.146.15 lakhs released in Para 2 above, shall be debited to the following Heads of Account as the works are of community nature benefiting all sections of the people. The District Treasury Officer, Krishna, is requested to adjust the amount sanctioned and released in para-2 above to the P.D. account directly under the Head of Account of “8448 - Deposits to Local Funds – M.H.120 - Other Funds – S.H.(22) - Deposits of Decentralized Planning”. 5. The District Collector, Krishna, is authorized to draw the amount and release the same to the executive agencies debiting under the Head mentioned in para 4 above strictly following the guidelines of the Government. 6. No revision of estimate is allowed. All the other conditions stipulated in the G.Os read above holds good. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force.
