RC No. Plg.I/90/RPB/2009, dt.19.3.2012 District Collector, Adilabad * * * O R D E R: Government have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.280.00 lakhs and released an amount of Rs.118.178 lakhs to take up certain developmental works in Adilabad district under Rajiv Palle Bata vide references 1st to 2nd read above. The Collector, Adilabad vide his letter 6th read above has informed that works completed and requested to release the balance amount of Rs.161.822 lakhs. 2. After reviewing the progress of works in Adilabad District, Government, after careful examination, hereby accord sanction and release an amount of Rs.161.822 lakhs (Rupees One hundred Sixty one lakhs and Eighty two thousand two hundred only) to the District Collector, Adilabad to complete works sanctioned under Rajiv Palle Bata: 3. In pursuance of the BRO issued in the reference 5th read above, the amount of Rs.161.822 lakhs released in Para 2 above, shall be debited to the following Heads of Account as the works are of community nature benefiting all sections of the people. The District Treasury Officer, Adilabad, is requested to adjust the amount sanctioned and released in para-2 above to the P.D. account directly under the Head of Account of “8448 - Deposits to Local Funds – M.H.120 - Other Funds – S.H.(22) - Deposits of Decentralized Planning”. The District Collector, Adilabad, is authorized to draw the amount and release the same to the executive agencies debiting under the Head mentioned in para 4 above strictly following the guidelines of the Government. 6.
