Read the following: 1) Letters From the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, NREDCAP, Dated 14-01-2012 2) G.O.Rt.No.966, Dt.17-3-2012 of the Finance (EXPR.AHFFCS & E) Department. ***** ORDER: In the reference first read above, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, NREDCAP has requested the Government to release of budget of Rs.50.50 lakhs for the 4th quarter of the Budget Estimates for the financial year 2011-12 towards salaries under Plan. 2) In the G.O.2nd read above, Budget Release order have been issued by the Finance(EXPR.AHFFCS&E) Department for an amount of Rs.50.50 lakhs (Rupees fifty lakhs and fifty thousand only) being the release of the Budget Estimates for the 4th quarter of the financial year 2011-12 under plan to NEDCAP. 3. The Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.50.50 lakhs (Rupees fifty lakhs and fifty thousand only) being the release of the Budget Estimates for the 4th quarter of the financial year 2011-12 under Plan to NEDCAP as per details given below. The expenditure of Rs.50.50 lakhs sanctioned in para - 3 above shall be debited to the head of accounts mentioned in the table in para 3 above P.T.O.::2:: 5. The Assistant Secretary to Government Energy (OP) Department shall draw and disburse the amount of Rs.50.50 lakhs (Rupees fifty lakhs and fifty thousand only) to the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, NREDCAP by adjusting the said amount to the PD account of Vice Chairman & Managing Director, NREDCAP, Hyderabad i.e., “8449- Other deposits - MH -120 Miscellaneous deposits SH (22) deposits of Non-Conventional Energy Development Corporation of A.P. Ltd., Hyderabad by preparing an adjustment bill with the Pay & Accounts officer, Hyderabad. 6. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, NREDCAP Ltd., is requested to submit the utilization certificate for the amount sanctioned in Para – 3 above along with expenditure statement. 7.
