From the Director, Disabled Welfare Department, Hyderabad, Lr.No. A1/5506/2007, dated 09.08.2011. *** O R D E R:- In the letter 4th read above, the Director, Disabled Welfare Department has stated that as per G.O.3rd above, the staff of District Rehabilitation Centre of 18 employees in different categories have been absorbed on their own pay in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010. The pay of the individual has been fixed in RPS 1999, the pay in RPS 2005 and RPS 2010 has to be fixed, and for making fixation in any PRC 2005 after a lapse of 5 years, the orders of the Govt. are required. He has requested to issue necessary orders for fixing the pay of the staff of District Rehabilitation Centre who absorbed in the department in RPS 2005 & 2010. 2. Govt. after careful examination of the proposal, hereby permit the Director, Disabled Welfare Department to fix the pay in the Revised Pay Scales 2005 and 2010 to the surplus staff of District Rehabilitation Centre, Vijayawada who were absorbed in the Department for the Welfare of Disabled & Senior Citizens as per rules in the G.Os. 1st and 2nd read above. 3.
