Read the following:

ORDER:
The Departmental Promotional Committee which met on 17-01-2012 and after
due consideration recommended the names of the officers who are presently working
as Superintendent of Homes/Regional Inspector of Probation for promotion as Chief
Probation Superintendent/ Deputy Director of Correctional Services as indicated below
for the panel year 2011-2012. Accordingly orders were issued in G.O.2nd read above,
approving the panel for the year 2011-12.
2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above, under Rule 10 (a)
(i) of Andhra Pradesh State & Subordinate Service Rules, the following Superintendent
of Homes/Regional Inspector of Probation are hereby promoted temporarily to the post
of Chief Probation Superintendent/Deputy Director of Correctional Services in the Scale
of Pay of Rs. 25600-50560 and the following postings are issued.

4. The individuals promoted in para (2) above, shall join the promotional post within
a period of (15) days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, he shall forfeit
his present and future right of promotion.
5. The Director, Juvenile Welfare, Correctional Services & Welfare of Street
Children, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
